Submitting a custom-order or configure-to-order request is an inquiry, not a completed purchase. Nothing is charged on this site. We reply by email with lead time, finish options, and a quote. Work begins after you confirm the quote with us.

Lead times vary with materials, personalization, and season (wood ornaments peak Oct–Dec). Quotes are good for a limited time as stated in our email. Materials and finishes may differ slightly from photos because leather and wood are natural.

Shipping and returns, when applicable, are arranged per order in the quote email. Custom or personalized pieces are generally not returnable once production has started, except for workshop defects we confirm.
